Refund Policy

Effective Date: September 12, 2025

At Strategies 2 Success, Inc. (“S2S”), we take pride in delivering high-quality professional development and consulting services. Because our work involves significant preparation and scheduling, we maintain the following refund policy:

  • Service Fees: Payments made for completed services are non-refundable.

  • Cancellations: If you cancel a scheduled service at least 14 days in advance, you may be eligible for a partial refund or rescheduling credit, depending on the terms of your agreement.

  • No-Shows: Failure to attend or participate in a scheduled session without prior notice is non-refundable.

  • Workshops and Training Programs: Registrations may be transferable to another participant with prior approval, but refunds are not guaranteed once materials and resources have been distributed.

  • Custom Contracts: For large-scale projects or ongoing service agreements, refund and cancellation terms will be outlined in the signed service contract.

S2S reserves the right to review refund requests on a case-by-case basis to ensure fairness and alignment with this policy.
